Yoga

MORNING 5-10 Minutes

We will incorporate 5-10 minutes of yoga inspired stretches as part of our morning routine.

30-60 MINUTES

The schedule will vary, but we will have either a morning or an afternoon yoga class.

Cardio-Toning Class

45-60 MINUTES

We will offer fitness classes designed to elevate your heart-rate and strengthen your body. These classes are a fusion of HIIT, barre, pilates and bootcamp moves. Modifications will be provided to assure all levels can participate.

 

Meditation

MORNING 5-10 Minutes

We will include a 5-10 minute guided mediation as part of our morning routine. 

AFTERNOON 20-30 Minutes

For those wishing to challenge themselves with longer meditations, we will schedule a slightly longer time in the afternoon to meditate.

Outdoor Class

30-60 MINUTES

The schedule will vary, but we will incorporate an outdoor workout that will include running/walking along with other cardio intermixed with toning moves.
